bmx BENEfit Maxillary Expander DIRECT 10x10mm

The bmx BENEfit Maxillary Expander DIRECT 10x10mm features pre-welded anterior DIRECT Hyrax Rings with a 10mm distance for the fixation of the appliance with the new BENEfit DIRECT mini-implants. The additional posterior arms can be used to connect with molar bands as a Hybrid Hyrax device or to connect additional posterior DIRECT Hyrax Rings to build a full MARPE device. The maximum expansion of this device is 10mm.
