The bmx BENEfit Maxillary Expander DIRECT 6 x 10mm features pre-welded anterior DIRECT Hyrax Rings with a 6mm distance for the fixation of the appliance with the news BENEfit DIRECT mini-implants. The additional posterior arms can be used to connect with molar bands as a Hybrid Hyrax device or to connect additional posterior DIRECT Hyrax Rings to build a full MARPE device.
