The bmx BENEfit Maxillary Expander DIRECT 6 x12mm features pre-welded anterior DIRECT Hyrax Rings with a 6mm distance for the fixation of the appliance with the new BENEfit DIRECT mini-implants. The additional posterior arms can be used to connect with molar bands as a Hybrid Hyrax device or to connect additional posterior DIRECT Hyrax Rings to build a full MARPE device. The maximum expansion of this device is 12mm.
